Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Natsukashii, we are committed to delivering authentic, premium-quality traditional collections. Every product is carefully inspected, quality checked, and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Natsukashii are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Colour variations due to screen or lighting differences
• Slight weaving or printing irregularities that are natural characteristics of handcrafted products

Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Exchange requests for any other reason, including dislike, change of mind, or personal preference, will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for an exchange, customers must record a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video while opening the package. The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening.
• The complete unboxing process.
• The product received.
• Any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Exchange requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be considered.

4. Reporting Timeline

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• The issue must be reported on the same day of delivery.
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Please contact us immediately with:

• Your Order ID
• Unboxing video
• Clear photographs of the issue

5. Exchange Process

Once your request is verified:

• Customers must ship the product back to us using any reliable courier service. We currently do not provide pickup services.
• The product must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.
• After we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement will be dispatched if the claim is approved.

6. Product Condition for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

• Unused and unwashed.
• Free from perfume, stains, makeup, or alterations.
• Returned with all original tags, blouse piece, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

7. Handcrafted Products

Many of our collections are handcrafted or handwoven. Minor variations in weave, texture, colour, print placement, or finishing are natural characteristics of artisan-made products and are not considered defects. Similarly, damages caused by improper handling, pinning, washing, ironing, or storage are not covered under this policy.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. For approved exchanges due to an incorrect or damaged product sent by Natsukashii, we will dispatch the replacement after verifying the returned item.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with Natsukashii, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
